The real estate business is built on a firm foundation of customer service. The most successful agents are able to connect, communicate, and nurture their clients from more than just a transactional sale, but to feeling like family by the time everyone arrives at the closing table. This desire to see every opportunity as a chance to build long-term relationships is what drives Wesley and Dee Grubbs in their real estate journey.

Wesley has served in customer-facing roles for most of his working career. One of his first jobs was serving customers in a local restaurant while working his way through college where he graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Business Management. He then worked in various roles such as a Customer Service Representative for a local utility company, to an Operations Manager with a family-owned transportation company, and more recently working in insurance sales for his own family’s business. The trend is consistent, serving customers with a family-like attitude.

Dee has served the community in a much different light. Upon graduating from Georgia Highlands College with an Associates degree in Criminal Justice, Dee went on to serve the City of Smyrna for five years as a law enforcement officer. The birth of her and Wesley’s first child, Greyson, sent in motion the desire to find a career more suitable for raising a family. And thus, the real estate journey began. From trading in her gun and badge, to picking up her keys and closing papers, Dee has been able to build an incredibly successful real estate business while still maintaining her desire to serve her community in a different aspect.

Together, Wesley and Dee have founded Grubbs Property Group, with the sole desire to impact their community and all the clients they serve in a positive way: by helping them find the home of their dreams, and making them part of their ever growing family.
